You must inform the Welsh Revenue Authority and obtain an agreement before using a proposed non-disposal area (NDA).
You may apply for more than one NDA.
Before you start
To complete this form you will need the following information:
- your Landfill Disposals Tax registration number
- details of your registered business and the landfill sites that you operate including the address or description of each authorised landfill site
- supporting documentation that explains the details of the material(s) proposed to be deposited in the NDA and its boundaries within the landfill site
