We want your views on proposals for subordinate legislation on assessment under the Curriculum for Wales.
Consultation description
We are consulting on 2 new and 2 amended pieces of legislation:
- section 56: duty to make provision about assessment arrangements (new)
- section 57:promoting and maintaining understanding of progression (new)
- transition from primary to secondary school (amended)
- reporting to parents/carers (amended)
