Information requested

Thank you for your request which we received on 30 March 2022. You asked for:

Information and costs regarding Welsh Government’s attendance of the 2022 MIPIM conference. You specifically asked for the breakdown of costs to include the following detail:

  1. The number of representatives sent
  2. Costs of travel, as well as the mode and the class of travel
  3. Details of which hotels were used, and cost
  4. Details of any expenses submitted for food and drink
  5. Details of any other expenses submitted by attendees

Our response

Five representatives were sent. The breakdown you have requested for questions 2-5 can be found in annex 1 to this letter.
