We want your views on proposals to rationalise the regulatory procedures that oversee these systems.
Consultation description
Care homes for children require automatic fire suppression systems through the Domestic Fire Safety (Wales) Measure 2011. We are proposing to bring this requirement into the Building Regulations 2010. This will rationalise the legislative provision with other types of buildings that require these systems.
