The Basic Income for Care Leavers in Wales Pilot was launched in August 2022.
This report is the third in a series of annual evaluation reports. The report includes findings that will be built on over the course of the evaluation until 2027.
The report presents three main areas of analysis.
- Young people's experiences mid-pilot and at the end of the pilot, based on follow-up interviews.
- Professionals' perceptions and experiences as the pilot concluded.
- An updated programme theory (logic model) developed and refined using data from across the evaluation.
