Details
The amendment regulations amend the requirements for the external spread of fire and prohibit the use of combustible materials in the external walls of certain buildings over 18m in height.
The Regulations have been accompanied by amendments to Approved Document B (Fire Safety) Volume 1 and 2, and Approved Document 7 –workmanship and materials.
