Cleaning materials and washroom services
Our current cleaning materials and washroom services framework expires in March 2024. We will be retendering the requirements and sharing our plans for our new framework at the supplier market engagement event on 10 July 2023.
A prior information notice (PIN) will be issued on Sell2Wales shortly with further details of the framework and how to register for the virtual market engagement event. To receive updates on the new framework, please ensure you are registered on Sell2Wales (login required).

Building materials
The current building materials framework (NPS-CFM-0085-18) expires on 1 February 2024. It has been agreed that Adra will be re-tendering the new framework and take over all contract management responsibilities of the new agreement.
We fully support the new framework as a natural successor to the NPS framework, which will still present opportunities for local suppliers and support Welsh Government policy objectives. The new framework will form part of the Wales collaborative procurement hub and will be advertised on Sell2Wales to all Welsh public sector contracting authorities once the tender process is complete.
