Meter operator provider
Our meter operator provider framework (C365/2025/2026) is now live and available to organisations across the Welsh public and third sectors.
The framework gives compliant access to meter operator provider and data collector services for non-half hourly AMR meters, and supports the transition to smart metering under the market-wide half hourly settlement programme. The scope also includes sub-metering and gas data logging services.
The framework is split into 2 regional lots, North and South Wales, and will run until 31 March 2030.
