Rock salt and associated products
We have accepted a price reduction on potassium acetate from Safecote under lot 5 of our rock salt and associated products framework (WGCD-BU-131-25). The new winter pricing starts from 1 October 2025 and runs until 31 March 2026. An updated pricing schedule is now available to on the Sell2Wales website (login required).

Building Wales Together - Ffrâm24 framework event
An exciting framework event “Building Wales Together” for the new Building Materials Framework Agreement (Ffrâm24), now managed by Adra, is taking place on 18 September 2025 at the Utilita Arena, Cardiff.
Ffrâm24 is the natural successor to our previous Building Materials Framework (NPS-CFM-0085-18) and forms part of the Wales Collaborative Procurement Pipeline.
The event brings together over 50 exhibitors which include frameworks, suppliers and manufacturers, many of whom are based in Wales, and is open to both the public and private sector. This is a rare opportunity to connect, collaborate, and explore the future of procurement, operational deliveries, and specifications within the building sector. The event supports the Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act 2023, providing a focus to socially responsible public procurement.
Colleagues from our Commercial Delivery team will also be on hand throughout the day to provide advice and guidance on our collaborative frameworks available for use by the Welsh Public Sector.
