We are seeking views on policy proposals that will inform the first set of regulations to be made under the Act.
These cover:
- terms to be included in local bus service contracts
- the application of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) to the local bus workforce
- collecting information and data on local bus services
