Item 1: Minutes of the previous meetings

1.1 Cymeradwyodd y Cabinet gofnodion 5 Rhagfyr / Cabinet approved the minutes of 5 December.

Item 2: Senedd business

2.1 Cabinet considered the Plenary Grid and noted that voting time was scheduled for 5:30pm on Tuesday and around 6:25pm on Wednesday.

Item 3: Council Tax reform

3.1 The Minister for Finance and Local Government introduced the paper, which asked Cabinet to note the outcome of the phase 1 consultation on proposals to reform council tax, in line with the Programme for Government commitment for a fairer and more progressive tax in Wales. It was also part of the Co-operation Agreement with Plaid Cymru.

3.2 The aim was to publish the consultation responses on 16 December.

3.3 Cabinet approved the paper.
