Beth Altman Head of Operations Gwent

Beth qualified as a social worker in 2001, since this time Beth has worked within the field of safeguarding children and young people. Joining Cafcass Cymru 2009 as a Family Court Advisor; in 2012 Beth then became a Practice Manager and went on to become a member of the senior leadership team in 2015. Most recently leading on private law reform, domestic abuse and safeguarding. Beth is an engaging and experienced senior leader, with a passion for social work and achieving safe outcomes for children.
