Kate Thomas is the Head of Operations South West Wales for Cafcass Cymru
Kate is a qualified social worker with over 20 years experience of working with children and young people, in a variety of statutory teams and in the voluntary sector. Kate joined Cafcass Cymru in January 2011 as a Family Court Advisor. She has worked as a Practice Manager in Mid & West Wales and South West Wales areas, prior to becoming Head of Operations for South West Wales in April 2018.
