Consultation description
This consultation seeks views on our preferred policy for carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS). Our position supports CCUS where:
- it makes a clear contribution to decarbonisation and the economy
- there are no reasonable alternatives for reducing emissions
- it does not unnecessarily extend fossil fuel use.
