PEDW will stop publishing application documents already on local registers, appeal documents remain on our casework portal.
To make best use of our resources and to streamline the appeals process PEDW will no longer process, redact and publish the planning application plans and associated documents for planning appeals which can be viewed directly on the relevant Local Planning Authority’s online planning register. We will continue to publish the relevant appeal documents on our Casework Portal. The appointed Planning Inspector will continue to have full access to all documents submitted with the appeal.
