Item 1: Minutes of the previous meeting
1.1 The Board approved the minutes of the previous meeting.
Item 2: Progress update, including timeline
2.1 The Board was grateful for the note on progress and welcomed the updated timeline of all 46 areas. It was agreed that work on conversion practices would be carried out jointly as part of the commitment on the LGBTQ+ Action Plan.
Item 3: Second homes
3.1 The Board discussed the various strands of the second homes commitment and noted the areas where further discussion would be needed over coming weeks to reach agreement on the decisions to be taken.
Item 4: Senedd reform and Constitutional Commission
4.1 The Board noted the useful meeting held with the Co-Chairs of the Constitutional Commission in April, with the next meeting to be scheduled before the summer recess. On Senedd reform, the Board noted that the report from the Senedd Special Purpose Committee was anticipated imminently, ahead of a Plenary debate on 8 June.
Item 5: Comms update
5.1 Officials updated the Board on potential dates for the next joint press conference.
