IT products and services (iii)

Following our customer and supplier engagement sessions, we are preparing the framework specification which we expect to be issued in Spring 2024.

Atamis spend submissions

Organisations should submit their spend data to Atamis by the 20th of each month to ensure its inclusion in the system for that respective month.

You will be asked to include the Open Contracting Identifier number (OCID) in your spend submission to Atamis. This is to help Contracting Authorities and the Welsh Government prepare for changes introduced by the Procurement Act 2023.

The OCID, generated when a notice is published on Sell2Wales, is a unique identifier connecting data across the contracting process stages.

Additionally, consider including the optional Companies House registration number of your suppliers in your spend analysis submissions.

Staff moves

It’s with mixed emotions we bid farewell to Paul Robertson and Phil Joslin who are leaving Commercial Procurement Directorate, to take on new roles. Wishing them every success with their new opportunities and continued success.
