Methodological recommendations are made on how to develop a robust framework for exploring costs and benefits of digital inclusion in Wales.
Leading on from this, the report includes a series of case studies based on interviews with older people in Carmarthenshire, in order to provide an understanding of the lived experiences of those affected by digital inclusion policies.
