The Digital Service Standard describe principles to help everyone provide better services.
The standard is grouped into themes:
- meeting user needs
- creating good digital teams
- using the right technology
It was developed by the Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS), working with a broad range of users and service providers.
CDPS has since transferred into the Welsh Government as part of the Digital Public Services Wales Directorate and continues its work by supporting organisations to adopt the standard.
