This Order will enable the diversion, improvement and provision of new highway together with the stopping up and provision of new private means of access at St Athan in the Vale of Glamorgan in accordance with planning permission granted by the Council of the Vale of Glamorgan on 1 December 2009 under references P/DC/2009/00500/OUT and P/DC/2009/00501/OUT.
