This is not the latest release in the series: Domestic GB Tourism Statistics
'Domestic GB tourism statistics (overnight trips): April to June 2023' has been revised due to an error identified in the data, in which a number of respondents were mistakenly excluded from estimates. Revised figures will be included in the ‘Domestic tourism statistics: April to September 2023’ release, which will be published 14 March 2024. Please note that figures in the ‘Domestic GB tourism statistics (overnight trips): April to June 2023’ release has not been updated.
The statistics in this release are based on a new combined online survey that replaces the separate Great Britain Tourism Survey and Great Britain Day Visits Survey that ran until the end of 2019. Further information is provided in the methodology and quality section of this publication on changes to the survey that limit comparability with the published estimates for 2019 and previous years.
