These actions will uphold the principles of the articles outlined in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Disabled People (UNCRDP) and align with the Welsh Government’s National Equality Objectives (NEO).

We will deliver this by: using our network of Disabled People’s Employment Champions and creating opportunities for key partners such as employer representative bodies, trade unions, Disabled People’s Organisations, and others to come together and collaborate in efforts to foster a more inclusive and supportive working environment.
