We are seeking your views on major changes to the way that dentists and their teams who provide private dental services are regulated.
Consultation description
The purpose of this consultation is to seek your views on the draft Private Dentistry (Wales) Regulations 2016 and their expected regulatory impact. Details can be found in the draft Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA).
It is intended that the 2016 Regulations will replace the Private Dentistry (Wales) Regulations 2008 which came into force on 1 January 2009 and were amended in 2011.
