Details

We invested £10.5m in the project through the Rail Capital Investment Fund to extend the railway and open a new station at Ebbw Vale town.

The new station includes:

  • 150m platform to allow trains that are 6 carriages long
  • CCTV
  • customer information screens
  • waiting shelter
  • help point
  • ticket machines
  • bike storage

Work completed in spring 2015.
