Original consultation

The Welsh Government is currently considering its policy position on eligibility regulations as they relate to allocation of housing and homelessness and who is eligible for housing and the homelessness duty.

Consultation description

The Welsh Government needs to consider amending current regulations to reflect the policy position in England or look at other options. In England the current regulations are the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Eligibility) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2013.
