The Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Climate Change and Rural Affairs, Huw Irranca-Davies MS, has issued a direction to Natural Resources Wales.
The aim of the direction is to:
- provide consistent regulatory standards and
- limit the pollution from new fuels used in medium combustion plant.
