This evaluation focuses on three of the main initiatives; Arson Reduction Teams (ARTs); the Arson Small Grants Programme; and the Grassland Fire Initiative.
The evaluation is unable to draw conclusions about the performance and impact of the programme. This is largely to the lack of available monitoring data. It identified specific areas for improvement, mainly in terms of monitoring and performance management.
