Better Advice, Better Lives (BABL) provides advice on specified benefits to particular target groups in a range of ways, with an overall aim to maximise benefit income.
This is the latest release
The aims of the research were to assess how BABL operates and to assess what advice is provided and to whom. A range of methods were used including strategic interviews with Welsh Government and Citizens Advice Cymru staff, interviews with representatives from the Citizens Advice Bureaux and partner organisations, review of monitoring data, and interviews with a sample of 38 service users.
