The aims of this evaluation are to develop the evaluation framework and evaluate Rounds One and Two of the CIF.
This is the latest release
CIF was launched in March 2005 and was an integral part of the Strategic Investment stream of the National Planning and Funding System.
Around £15.7 million was allocated to CIF, over two rounds, taking both capital and revenue spending together.
