Series information:
ReAct is a Welsh Government programme designed to alleviate the damaging effects of redundancy by enabling those affected to develop their skills and secure new employment as quickly possible. It is a unique intervention in that it provides individuals affected by redundancy with support sooner than schemes running in other parts of the UK.
