By up skilling and supporting unions, Wales TUC has contributed towards the fact that learning is central to the activities of trade unions in Wales.
Furthermore, Wales TUC ensures that Welsh employers have access to, and support from, the over-arching strategic framework provided via the union led learning model that contributes to the scale and scope of adult learning in Wales.
