Five-year review of Welsh-medium additional learning provision

Under Section 89 of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 (UK legislation), it is a statutory requirement that the Welsh Government conducts a national review of the sufficiency of Welsh medium additional learning provision (WM-ALP) every 5 years.

This first review aims to establish a baseline understanding of the current level of sufficiency. It explores the processes involved in understanding and applying duties and considers the current availability and accessibility of provision.
