We would like your views on legislation to implement regulations on foods for special medical purposes and infant formula and follow-on formula in Wales.
Consultation description
We are consulting on plans to introduce domestic legislation to:
- provide enforcement for elements of EU Delegated Regulation 2016/128 on food for special medical purposes and EU Delegated Regulation 2016/127 on infant formula and follow on formula
- provide an enforcement regime based on improvement notices
