We are working in partnership with Neath Port Talbot and Powys Councils to develop proposals for the Global Centre of Rail Excellence.
The Global Centre of Rail Excellence would be located on the site of Nant Helen Open Cast Mine in Onllwyn, which is currently operated by Celtic Energy.
