We want your views on this draft guidance on setting up separate collections for at least the following four waste materials: paper, metal, plastic and glass.
Consultation description
This draft guidance has been prepared under regulation 15 of the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011. This allows the Welsh Ministers to give guidance on the duties in regulations 12 to 14.
These changes bring articles 10 and 11(1) of the Revised Waste Framework Directive into law in Wales. This consultation aims to ensure that those affected by this guidance have the opportunity to consider and give us their views suggestions and amendments.
