[Note 1] Eligible children includes children defined as receiving Flying Start services and not receiving Flying Start using their Flying Start postcode.
- Overall, 86.8% of eligible children received a Healthy Child Wales contact in the quarter October to December 2025, this is a decrease of 0.5 percentage points on the previous quarter.
- Four of the nine contact points (10 days, 16 weeks, 15 months and 27 months) had increases from the previous quarter in the percentage of eligible children receiving contacts, setting new record highs at each of these contact points.
