The overall aim of the evaluation was to assess the short and longer term impacts arising from the ProAct programme. The report considers issues such as: the rationale underpinning ProAct, the targeting of beneficiaries and the application process, the impact of ProAct supported training on businesses and the economic impact of ProAct.
