Alma Economics conducted an independent review of the Land Transaction Tax Act following an inter-disciplinary methodology consisting of:
- an initial review of the legislation, as well as relevant evidence and data (Stage 1)
- an online survey of tax professionals (Stage 2)
- a series of qualitative interviews of tax professionals (Stage 3)
