Original consultation
We want your views on charging fees as part of the Infrastructure (Wales) Bill.
Consultation description
It is intended that the consenting process will operate on the basis of full cost recovery. Cost recovery will allow stakeholders who carry out a function or service to recover the cost of doing so. Such costs will be factored into fees charged with an application for infrastructure consent.
