Irish Sea Fisheries Management Plans for Pelagic and Demersal Stocks

We are asking for opinions on:

• the proposed Irish Sea demersal FMP for Northern Irish, English and Welsh waters
• the proposed Irish Sea pelagic FMP for Northern Irish, English and Welsh waters
• the regulatory impact assessment, and 
• the environmental report on the FMP 

These are joint consultations between the Welsh, Northern Irish and UK governments.

Under the Fisheries Act 2020 (on gov.uk), the four UK fisheries policy authorities published a Joint Fisheries Statement. This statement includes a list of FMPs to be published over a 6-year period.
