Jayne Woods Member
Jayne is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with nearly 30 years’ experience as a finance professional.
She spent 8 years as an auditor and consultant with Deloitte before progressing to hold a number of senior roles in both the public and private sectors. She has served on executive boards for over ten years, focusing on finance, risk, governance and operational efficiency and effectiveness.
She is currently a board member and chair of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee of Qualifications Wales (a ministerial appointment) and is an independent member of the Capital Committee at the Arts Council of Wales. She has served as a governor and Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee at Coleg Sir Gâr and as a co-opted member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the University of Wales Trinity St David.
Jayne is a fluent Welsh speaker and lives with her family in Carmarthen.
