Byelaw 30 applies to the sea area from Point of Ayr (Flintshire) to Cemaes Head (Ceredigion). The permit will provide a registration number to display on any boat used and all fishing gear. Permits limit the number of:
- pots or traps that you can use
- shellfish that can be landed each day
