The LHA rates published will continue to be effective until 31 March 2022.
The tables do not provide any guaranteed indicator of the condition of, or trends in, the rental market. Rent Officers Wales do not accept any liability for actions or judgements that LHA claimants or others take arising from the use of the tables.
Method
The tables show the method used to produce the Local Housing Allowance rates in accordance with statute.
Column 1
The LHA rates applicable for April 2020 are shown here.
Column 2
The 30th percentile figures shown here are derived from twelve months worth of lettings information collected up to the end of September 2020.
Column 3
The LHA rates effective from 1st April 2021 are shown here, fixed at the April 2020 rate.
