The LHA rates published will continue to be effective until 31 March 2025.

The table does not provide any guaranteed indicator of the condition of, or trends in, the rental market. Rent Officers Wales do not accept any liability for actions or judgements that LHA claimants or others take arising from the use of the table.

The table shows the Local Housing Allowance rates produced in accordance to statute*

Column 1

The current LHA rates applicable since April 2023 are shown here.

Column 2

The 30th percentile figures shown here are derived from twelve months’ worth of lettings information collected up to the end of September 2023.

Column 3

The LHA rates effective from 1st April 2024 are shown here. They are the higher of the figures shown in Columns One and Two.
