Financial case: what is the total scheme cost to LTF/ RRF/ ULEVTF? Scoring: <£0.2m = 5, £0.2m-£0.49m = 4, £0.5m-£0.99m = 3, £1m-£4.99m = 2, £5m-£9.99m = 1, £10m and over = 0

Match funding: is match funding available? Scoring: 0% = 0, 1%-9% = 1; 10%-19% = 2; 20%-29% = 3; 30%-39% = 4 etc
