Consultation description
We are consulting on appropriate mechanisms for amending the Welsh Tax Acts.
The Welsh Tax Acts cover:
- land transaction tax
- landfill disposals tax
- the rules and powers for the Welsh Revenue Authority (the WRA) to collect the Welsh taxes
Your responses to this consultation will inform the development of a permanent mechanism to make changes to the Welsh Tax Acts.
