Funding recipients can propose new affordable housing schemes via the manage homes and places portal.
To propose a new affordable housing scheme for Welsh Government funding:
- Log in to your account
- Go to ‘Schemes’
- Select ‘Add Scheme’
- Complete the details on each tab
- Save changes
Updates made to new and existing schemes will be displayed on the 'Scheme details' page.
Adding comments to a scheme will trigger an email notification to the relevant Registered Social Landlords and local authorities.
