Part 1: Local Primary Mental Health Support Services (LPMHSS)
Under 18 years
- 1,075 referrals were received for an LPMHSS assessment in June 2025.
- In June 2025 94.4% of LPMHSS assessments were undertaken within 28 days from the date the referral was received.
- 67.6% of therapeutic interventions were started within 28 days following an LPMHSS assessment in June 2025.
18 years and over
- 5,675 referrals were received for an LPMHSS assessment in June 2025.
- In June 2025 81.5% of LPMHSS assessments were undertaken within 28 days from the date the referral was received.
- 87.7% of therapeutic interventions were started within 28 days following an LPMHSS assessment in June 2025.
All ages
- 6,750 referrals were received for an LPMHSS assessment in June 2025.
- In June 2025 83.8% of LPMHSS assessments were undertaken within 28 days from the date the referral was received.
- 83.2% of therapeutic interventions were started within 28 days following an LPMHSS assessment in June 2025.
Part 2: Care and Treatment Plans
Under 18 years
- There were 777 patients in receipt of secondary Mental Health services at the end of June 2025; of these, 751 (96.7%) had a valid Care and Treatment Plan (CTP).
18 years and over
- There were 16,613 patients in receipt of secondary Mental Health services at the end of June 2025; of these, 13,017 (78.4%) had a valid Care and Treatment Plan (CTP).
All ages
- There were 17,390 patients in receipt of secondary Mental Health services at the end of June 2025; of these, 13,768 (79.2%) had a valid Care and Treatment Plan (CTP).
Part 3: Assessment of Former Users of Secondary Mental Health Services
- During June 2025, 92.7% of outcome of assessments reports were sent within 10 working days after a Part 3 assessment had taken place.
