Under 18 years

• 1,030 referrals were received for an LPMHSS assessment in December 2025.
• In December 2025 94.3% of LPMHSS assessments were undertaken within 28 days from the date the referral was received.
• 87.6% of therapeutic interventions were started within 28 days following an LPMHSS assessment in December 2025.

18 years and over

• 5,494 referrals were received for an LPMHSS assessment in December 2025.
• In December 2025 83.9% of LPMHSS assessments were undertaken within 28 days from the date the referral was received.
• 93.7% of therapeutic interventions were started within 28 days following an LPMHSS assessment in December 2025.

All ages

• 6,524 referrals were received for an LPMHSS assessment in December 2025.
• In December 2025 86.1% of LPMHSS assessments were undertaken within 28 days from the date the referral was received.
• 92.4% of therapeutic interventions were started within 28 days following an LPMHSS assessment in December 2025.

Under 18 years

There were 693 patients in receipt of secondary Mental Health services at the end of December 2025; of these, 654 (94.4%) had a valid Care and Treatment Plan (CTP).

18 years and over

There were 16,944 patients in receipt of secondary Mental Health services at the end of December 2025; of these, 14,047 (82.9%) had a valid Care and Treatment Plan (CTP).

All ages

There were 17,637 patients in receipt of secondary Mental Health services at the end of December 2025; of these, 14,701 (83.4%) had a valid Care and Treatment Plan (CTP).

During December 2025, 93.1% of outcome of assessments reports were sent within 10 working days after a Part 3 assessment had taken place.
