Connecting the National Library, Aberystwyth University and Arts Centre with a new bus route.
Set on a hill some distance from the town centre, the National Library of Wales did not have any dedicated public transport, which impacted on visitors and staff alike. In a joint venture between the Library and Aberystwyth University, a new bus route has been put in place to provide a better service for students and the general public, and to make the Library, the University, and Aberystwyth Arts Centre more accessible.
The bus runs regularly throughout the day during term times and less frequently at weekends and during university holidays. The service is designed to be low-emission and wheelchair friendly.
